These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and services provided by Webzeniq. By commissioning our digital solutions, web design, or development services, you agree to these standard commercial terms.

1. Scope of Work & Deliverables

All design, development, SEO, and AI assistant configurations are carried out according to the agreed project specification proposal. Any out-of-scope feature requests will be estimated separately.

2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment for a custom website build, ownership of the finished frontend layouts, content configurations, and custom assets transfers to the client. The client retains full ownership of their brand trademarks, domain, and data.

3. Hosting, Deployment & Third-Party Services

Websites deployed to static hosting (such as Hostinger, Cloudflare, or Vercel) rely on third-party cloud infrastructure. While we engineer high availability, third-party network outages remain governed by the respective cloud providers' service agreements.
